Nothing too fancy here, as our privacy policy and membership terms are pretty straight forward. Just use some common sense and courtesy to your fellow members and there should be no problems. Violating membership terms could result in deactivating your account.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Like any interactive site that invites visitors to contribute and identify a profile, registered users of our site provide some minimal information about themselves. We have established privacy guidelines to ensure that our users information is protected (translation: your information won't be used or distributed for unwanted solicitations or spamming).

We are the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We collect various information from our users at several different points on our Web site (upon voluntary registration and posting of messages). That information shall NOT be used or shared or distributed to any third-parties for the purposes of solicitation.

Members will receive a welcome email from our site, major announcements regarding their membership, and any emails associated with responses to their ads. Individual email addresses for members are not made public here.

This Web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information. We also participate in some affiliate program advertising which sometimes uses clear GIF images or cookies in order to track how many visitors are sent to other sites and whether or not any purchases were made there.

Users are expected to act in a civilized manner toward other members and abide by the terms of membership regarding language and content guidelines. Any personal abuse of other members, offensive material or profanity, solicitations of illegal activities, or attempts to bypass the rules and guidelines of this site can result in suspension of privileges. We will remove links to offensive material or content related to businesses engaged in potentially illegal doings. We shall be the final judge regarding potential offenses and shall issue warnings to members, remove material, or revoke membership as deemed appropriate. Please contact us if you have any questions or wish to report such offenses.

We are not responsible for linked material on other Web sites outside of AdMatches.com or any problems that arise from personal communication between members. Email addresses for registered members are not made public, but if you choose to reply to a form-sent ad response you are doing so on your own accord using your own email communications outside of the scope of our service.

Members are responsible for providing the information and classifications for their own records. AdMatches cannot verify the accuracy of all information entered by members. Please alert us if you notice any incorrect or misleading information. We will contact members who we believe are misleading site users. If unresponsive and such activities continue, AdMatches can and will remove the questionable information from the database and terminate membership.

All payment issues are handled through PayPal. Please review their site for more details. Upon registering here, you will also have to register first with PayPal (if you are not already) to enter payment information. You can log into PayPal at anytime to independently to manage your financial accounts with them. You can cancel your membership fees here by logging-in from the homepage at AdMatches.com and clicking on the cancel link which will take you into your PayPal account to make the necessary changes. We have no control over payments being deducted from your account. Contact us with any questions on this, but most of the answers regarding payment questions should be best directed through PayPal and your payment account.
